Create instant frozen yogurt for a healthy dessert in just 10 minutes by blending frozen strawberries with yogurt in a food processor. This healthy frozen yogurt recipe is sweetened with Splenda®, making it a sugar-free treat. Use a different favorite frozen fruit in place of the strawberries if you like.

  • 1 16-ounce package frozen unsweetened strawberries (about 3 1/2 cups)

  • 1/2 cup Splenda® Granulated

  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  1. Combine strawberries and Splenda® in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Combine yogurt and lemon juice in a measuring cup; with the machine on, gradually pour the mixture through the feed tube. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the workbowl once or twice. Serve immediately.
