CPAP therapy for nocturia

I have suffered from nocturia for many yrs. After a sleep study that showed slight to moderate apnea, my doctor recommended CPAP therapy to help with the nocturia. At the beginning, it seemed to work somewhat, reducing nighttime bathroom trips from about 5 to 2. However, recently, I'm finding that I'm waking up like I always did, even with the CPAP machine/mask on and running. Anyone out there with this experience? And is there an answer? Thanks.
