I had to look out what laugh yoga was :) — my take on sleep is if I workout after 7:00 pm, I am going to have difficulty sleeping - almost certain. I then avoid any workout at night.

I am 70 years old and have suffered from panic attacks and all the various problems that come with most of my life. It is something you have to fight constantly and most people really can't relate to what you go through with this mental illness. I have had severe depression which I no longer have and have died a million times from every illness in the world,and would go constantly to the doctor who would reassure me I was fine. Now I have insomnia which is really bothering me but I have found something that has really helped to relieve a lot of my anxiety one thing is drinking tart cherry juice concentrate which is really good for you plus it has natural melatonin really helps but something else that has really helped is laugh yoga, there is a app on the iPad called haha yoga if you laugh for 10minutes or so a day it really releases so much tension it's amazing and really helps you sleep.
