Hi Pam
I can say I've been in your shoes and it is not a good position to be in. If you don't seek medical help you will crash big time. I did and it takes quite a while to recover. Please see a doctor and/or go to s sleep center. Good luck!

Here is an article about the importance of sleep and an overview of the sleep stages that a healthy sleeper should be cycling through.
http://www.sleepconnect.com/sleep-disorder-ar...
There ar over 80 different sleep disorders - so to know IF you have one or not, you should be evaluated by a sleep specialist. You cannot treat a problem unless you know what it is - just saying you only sleep one hour per night is not enough information, but a doctor can be of more help to you.
You must be very sleep deprived and frustrated with so little sleep. Sleep deprivation causes headaches, moodiness, depression, body ache not to mention the risk of falling asleep at the wheel of your car. You just cannot survive on so little sleep, so I do hope you will find a sleep doctor very soon and follow his advice.
best wishes

Sleep have much important for human health. It just like a machine need rest after work or use similarly human begin also need rest after whole day working hours. It need approximately 8 hours sleep per day. During this duration body and its organs take rest and prepare for next day. If do not take proper sleep then it causes of many diseases and harmful for body. I think you have to go doctor and take proper check up and obey his advice's. Use fruits and green items. Do simple exercise for some time.
